​Chalk Lake are an Uxbridge born Alternative Rock band formed out of a friend's house while his parents were on vacation. The band took a month-long stay at the home, just off Chalk Lake Road, and set up shop in the living room. Throughout the month the band formed their sound, writing their first two singles "Toast" and "Come Get It" along with many other rock driven tracks. After days of pondering names for the band they decided to take on the name of the road the house resided on, to pay homage to their makeshift jam factory.
